What we collect
PlanTaskIt stores account information (name, email, login credentials), household task and reward data, points balances, and profile details you choose to provide (such as avatars and contact information).
How we use your information
We use your information to operate the service: assigning tasks, tracking points, processing reward requests, and displaying household dashboards.
Payments
Subscription and lifetime billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe handles payment method storage and recurring billing according to their privacy policy.
You may start with a 60-day free trial without a credit card. After the trial, access pauses until you subscribe. If you subscribe within 30 days after the trial ends, launch pricing applies (monthly $2.99, annual $29.99). After that window, standard pricing applies (monthly $4.99, annual $49.99).
Alternatively, you may add a card at signup to lock in launch pricing immediately, with a 60-day trial before the first charge. Monthly and annual subscribers keep their base plan launch rate while the subscription remains active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, then-current pricing applies.
From your first paid subscription date, monthly and annual subscribers receive two years without additional enhancement fees for premium-tier features we may release. After that period, premium features are available only through an optional upgrade — never charged automatically. See our Terms & Conditions for full membership rules.
Lifetime access is a one-time payment ($299.99) with no recurring bill and requires payment at signup. Lifetime purchasers receive all future upgrades and premium features at no additional cost for as long as PlanTaskIt operates. Each household may have up to 12 member accounts, divided between parents and dependents as you choose.
Promo codes
Promotional and tester codes are applied at signup through Stripe. Redemption limits and expiration dates are managed through our billing provider.
Cancellation
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time through the billing portal in My Account. Access continues through the end of your current billing period or trial. Lifetime purchases are not subscriptions and do not renew.
