Who may use PlanTaskIt

PlanTaskIt is designed for families. Account holders must be adults who can enter a binding agreement. Parents and guardians are responsible for dependent accounts in their household and for how dependents use the app.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your household accounts. Provide accurate registration information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, trials, promo codes, and payment processing are described in our Privacy Policy and on the registration and billing screens. Fees are processed by Stripe.

Launch pricing (monthly $2.99 or annual $29.99) is available during the launch period and for eligible households within the post-trial grace window described in the Privacy Policy. Standard pricing (monthly $4.99 or annual $49.99) applies to new signups after that window.

You may start with a 60-day free trial without a credit card, or add a card at signup to lock in launch pricing before the first charge. Each household may have up to 12 member accounts.

Base plan rate lock

If you subscribe at launch pricing, your base plan rate (monthly or annual) is locked in while your subscription remains active and in good standing.

If you cancel and later resubscribe, then-current pricing applies. Standard-pricing subscribers receive the standard base rate while their subscription remains active.

Rate lock applies to the base subscription only — not to optional premium add-ons described below.

Premium and enhancement features

PlanTaskIt is in active development. We may introduce new features over time, including capabilities we classify as premium or enhancement-tier features.

For monthly and annual subscribers (launch or standard pricing): from your first paid subscription date, you receive two (2) years of standard usage without additional enhancement fees. If we release premium-tier features during that period, they are included at no extra charge.

After those two years, any premium-tier features we offer will be available only through an optional upgrade. Premium features are never charged automatically — you must choose to add them.

Adding premium features does not move you to standard ($4.99/mo or $49.99/yr) pricing if you are on a launch base plan. Your launch base rate continues; premium is priced separately.

Lifetime purchase

Lifetime access is a one-time payment ($299.99) with no recurring base subscription bill. Payment is required at signup.

Lifetime purchasers receive all future upgrades and premium-tier features at no additional cost for as long as PlanTaskIt operates. There is no time limit on this benefit and no separate enhancement fee.

Lifetime access covers one household. If PlanTaskIt ceases operation, lifetime access ends with the service — see Service availability below.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse PlanTaskIt: no illegal activity, harassment, attempts to break security, scraping or automated abuse, or interference with other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Content and data

You retain ownership of information you enter (tasks, rewards, messages, and similar household content). You grant us the rights needed to host, display, and back up that data to operate the service. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

Service availability

PlanTaskIt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. As a beta product, features and experience may change as we release updates.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlanTaskIt and Olive Oil & Garlic Salt are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars if you have not paid fees.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
